The SRH website includes a Project GuideProject Guide section that is a good starting place. Simply select the type of space you are furnishing to see a list of floors recommended for that project.

SRH Sports offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to all our customers in the United States and in Canada. This guarantee allows you to return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

To Qualify:
The product must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived to you. Your return request must be placed within 30 days of the original delivery ship date. Requests can be Emailed to Customer Service at customerservice@srhsports.com.
The product cannot be returned if it has been installed and then returned. Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it was delivered.Any accessories can not be returned if they have been opened or altered.

To Process:

Contact us via email or call customer service to obtain a return authorization (RA).Contact the shipping company of your choice to schedule pick up and shipping. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please take pictures of the materials at the time of return, specifically when products are in the possession of carrier. This will protect you in the event the products are damaged during transit and you have to file a claim with the shipping company.

After the returned products have been received, please allow for 7 days to complete a quality inspection and issue your refund.

**This policy does not apply to all custom made, special-order or products that require production at the time of order.These items include; clearance products, discontinued items and all sundries which include: flooring adhesives and moisture control systems. Please note there may be some slight variations in color shades and thicknesses from what is viewable on product data sheets and/or online. These are minimal and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.

All returns/exchanges will be assessed a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee. Any returns missing an RA may be refused upon delivery, resulting in you incurring additional fees and return shipping costs.

How do I install the flooring I ordered?2020-09-10T17:34:54-05:00

Some flooring from SRH can be installed without assistance, like our interlocking rubber tiles, which do not required adhesive. However, other floors will required an installer.
